Santiago, Chile

Cool city, very modern. I'm staying in a very young and social hostel, much like The Point in Lima, which I enjoyed a lot. So far it seems like a really cool place. I met a couple English guys last night, and we spent the day today exploring the downtown area of the city. There are malls and shopping centers just like at home. I dont know how much longer I'm going to be here. There isnt a LOT to do for at traveler, other than hang out with other travelers (not a bad thing to do) but my next stop is Mendoza, Argentina, which is supposed to have great river rafting and paragliding, two things I've done at other stops along the way and would like to do again.

Sounds like things are going great.
Keep warm and check out any museums in the city. Love,,,,,
